I have not forgotten about this account or any of my friends here. I simply needed time for myself.

And I wanted to drop a note about my artwork that I have currently posted. It is all at least ten years old and it's not exactly what I consider "dark art". Not by any means. Nor is the photography. I post certain photos for image reference and since I don't know if I'll be doing any artwork in relation to those photographs posted, I may take them down. Whatever, you don't care. My point is that I will be doing some more stuff. New stuff that I do consider my personal brand of dark art. I paint and draw what makes me feel a certain way. All I need is to print out some reference photos and dive in.

I want to do this because I am seriously considering going back to school for my masters degree and I'll need a new portfolio that shows in what direction I want my art to move.

I've heard various good and bad things about returning to school for the masters program... Even if I don't get accepted back into the school, at least I'll have gotten some new work done and hopefully discovered some new part of me that didn't exist before. I don't know.

But that's what's new.
